Q : What payment methods is accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal.


Q : How much is sales tax? And why are sales taxes only applies in certain states?
A: 8.25% sales tax must be applied to any order that is being shipped to California where Hobby Depot's corporate office is located.


Q : Who do you use for shipping?
A: We ship via UPS service by default.

Q :Does Hobby Depot ship to P.O. Boxes, Military, Canada and International Destinations?
A: At this time, Hobby Depot does not ship to P.O. Boxes, but do ship to Military addresses, Canada and all other International Destinations available via United States Postal Service for all standard shipping base. Shipping rates will be automaticall calcuated upon checkout


Q :How much does shipping cost?
A: Hobby Depot uses UPS Ground by default on actual weight of the order integrated via UPS Shipping Calculator system.

Q: When will I be charged for a Pre-Order or Backorder?
A: When you order an item that is on pre-order or backorder your credit card is checked for available funds but it is NOT Charged. A temporary authorization is placed on the card at the time of order but it will be removed in 7-10 days depending on the Credit Card Company. We will charge your credit card when items are in stock and being prepared.


Q : How long does it take to receive the item after ordered?
A: You should receive your items within 7-14 days, depending on your location.


Q : Can you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
A: Yes, We do ship to both Alaska & Hawaii.


Q : How long do I have to return items?
A: Full refund shall be made on all merchandise provided the item is returned within 15 days of receive item with a receipt issued by Hobby Depot.
