Become A Dealer

To become a Hobby Depot dealer, please complete the dealer application with the required documents and mail them to us. If you have any questions in regards to the status of your application, please do not hesitate to call us at 626-338-3815 or email newaccounts@myhobbydepot.com

Please print the dealer application. The application must be signed and filled out completely. Please include at least 3 trade references plus a bank reference. If you are opening a new business and have no business credit history. Please send us a current copy of your current lease agreement in addition to the following requirements.

Store Front Dealer Requirements
  • Your business is a storefront operation in a commercial zone area.
  • The business operates on a full-time basis.
  • Completed Hobby Depot Dealer Application form
  • A valid copy of your State's Resale Tax Exemption Certificate
  • One picture of your storefront, signage and two picture of your current inventory. These must be the actual pictures and not faxed or photocopies. digital images are acceptable and may be emailed to newaccounts@myhobbydepot.com
  • A copy of your current yellow/white page business listing

E-Commerce customer requirements
  • Your business operates on a full-time basis
  • You follow our Suggested Minimum Advertised Pricing guidelines.
  • Completed Hobby Depot Dealer Application form
  • A valid copy of your stateˇ¦s Resale Tax Exemption Certificate
  • One picture of your business location and One picture of your existing inventory.
Your application will be reviewed by our new account representatives and you will be notified of acceptance. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time.
